Arcos at Expo Osaka 2025: a global showcase for Spanish excellence

From April to October 2025, the city of Osaka hosted one of the most anticipated international events: the World Expo, under the theme “Designing Future Society.” For six months, Spain’s Pavilion became a vibrant meeting point for innovation, culture, and gastronomy.

In this space, managed by the Forum of Renowned Spanish Brands (FMRE), Arcos took part in the store–showroom that brought together over twenty leading Spanish brands, all united by their commitment to quality, tradition, and design.

Success of Spanish gastronomy in Japan

The outcome couldn’t have been better: more than 3.4 million visitors passed through the Pavilion’s store. A success that highlights the Japanese public’s growing interest in Spanish products and especially in its cuisine.

Alongside Arcos, brands such as Mahou-San Miguel, Terras Gauda, Marqués de Cáceres, Acesur, Angel Camacho, and Grupo Emperador took part, among others. Together, they showcased the diversity and excellence of Spain’s industry in a country that stands as the second most important market for Spanish companies in East and Southeast Asia.

Arcos strengthens its presence in Japan

For Arcos, Expo Osaka 2025 has been an opportunity to deepen its ties with the Japanese market, showcasing the innovation and quality that have defined the brand for nearly three centuries. An outstanding platform to continue sharing Spanish cutlery craftsmanship with the world.
